How fast are your connections?
Our servers are located in the Network Access Corporation
(NAC) Network Operations Center (NOC) in Houston, Texas.
The network is monitored around the clock. NAC offers
15 diverse OC3 and DS3 connections to multiple backbones.

are your server specifications?
Current servers are Intel GHz machines with 512MB of RAM.

What is a Virtual Domain?
A Virtual Domain means having your own domain name (http://www.yourdomain.com)
without having to install expensive server hardware and
software. With a Virtual Domain, you utilize our server's
storage space; however, you are still professionally represented
via your own personal Internet Web address (www.yourdomain.com)
and by your own personal e-mail addresses (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).

Can you register a domain name for me?
Can you set up domains other than .com, .org, and .net?
We can register most domain names with you as the registrant,
see our domains page for more information. We can also
assist with registering other domains, as well. Please
contact our sales department if you require assistance
in registering other domain types.

Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?
Yes. You will be able to access your domain address with
or without the "www" in front of it. Example: [http://www.nzhosted.com]
or [http://nzhosted.com]
is acceptable.

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
Yes. You have unlimited access via FTP 24 hours a day.
As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on
your own computer and upload files to your web site at
your convenience using a FTP Client (see our download
page for FTP software)

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes. You can use your account for commercial purposes.
The Web has become the most efficient and cost-effective
means for making information available to the users of
the Internet community, and we encourage our customers
to utilize such an enormous medium.

How long does it take to set up a new account?
New accounts are generally set up within 6 to 12 hours
from the time we receive your order. Once an account is
set up, an activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail
including your userid, password, FTP hostname and other
information. You can begin uploading files to your new
web site immediately. You will be given an IP address
to access your site via the Web prior to the completion
of either domain registration or domain modification (transfer).

Will there be any ads on my website or in my
emails?
No! There won't be any ads on your website or in your
emails.

How many sites do you host on each server?
We limit the number of sites to no more that 250. This
allows the server to maintain maximum performance. Be
careful of host that put 500 to 1,000 or more accounts
on one server!

Do you offer webmail?
Yes. Visit www.yourdomain.com/squirrelmail.

Do you provide tech support?
Yes. We encourage our customers in need of assistance
to use Live Support for the quickest response. Or, you may Contact Us through other channels. Tech support is available
7 days a week, 365 days a year.
